Can you really be an effective parent in this defective world? The answer is Yes! God is big enough to make you an effective parent no matter what the circumstances. In our class, Effective Parenting in a Defective World is teaching us that we can be effective parents and that it is never too late to begin. Our goal for our children should be that they become more like Jesus! Do you model that to your children? Being effective doesn't always mean to be a "perfect" parent. Parenting requires constant repair and ongoing maintenance. There will be challenges, but the good news is where there is darkness, if you allow God to be a part of you family, the light of truth appears even brighter in those challenges. Would you like to join us in this defective world to become more Godly parents? We would love to have you. We meet at 10:45 in the gym.
