Should I sing in the Choir?
If the idea of singing in the Corinth Praise Choir has crossed your mind, then why not give it a try?
Our Choir will be leading our Worship Service the 4th Sunday of every month, and we practice on the Wednesday at 7:15 PM before that 4th Sunday. Come join us!
Why should I sing in the Choir?
The choir is about serving God with the talent He has given you. We are reminded over and over in the New Testament through the words of our Lord and His apostles how we are members of the Body called to serve in the way He has gifted us. The calling of the Choir is to lead worship in a way that encourages others in the congregation to praise God with music.
Do I have to be able to read music?
The Praise Choir sings choral arrangements of worship songs. Some learn the music form having music reading skills, others are able to listen to the music and learn. In rehearsals (Wednesday nights prior to the Sunday that the Choir leads worship service) we go over each section's part so everyone understands what is going on.
